Working with a Portfolio Budget Plan

About the Portfolio Budget Plan

The fields for the Master Budget Plan have changed:

Field Description
Planned Amount Provide the planned amount for the entire Master Budget.
Allocated If the Status for one or more Sub-Budgets is set to Committed, this field totals all the Planned Amounts for open active Sub-Budgets.

Consumed

If the Status of one or more Sub-Budgets is set to Retired, this field totals all spending on the Cost Items tab on the Sub-Budget plan.

Remaining

Calculated from Planned Amount minus Allocated minus Consumed.

Percent Used

Calculates consumed Budget as a percentage from Planned Budget Amount minus Allocated Budget.
